My interpretation on this doujin is that it's basically saying about how a boy is suffocating in the social environment i.e. school. He doesn't feel like he fit in and dislikes the way other students assume and put others in labels. As a result, he does not talk to the other students and others assume him as asocial, which ultimately bothers him and suffocates him. Most probably he is someone that wants to NOT care but ends up caring about his image anyway. And such, he is drowning.
