Yule had Kyung-soo raped by his friends and enjoyed it, and caused so much emotional damage to the poor guy with all of this manipulation. The sister was an accomplice, letting all of this happen and even encouraging it.

I forgot whether there was some backstory to her, so I don’t know if she’s been doing this because she’s seen how devastated her brother was, or she seems to be getting off on seeing Kyung-soo hurt, judging from how she looked incredibly excited from seeing Kyung-soo in distress. This is one wacko family lol.
Why does this author love writing such despicable characters? I understand that some mangakas like exploring certain themes like semes who are absolute dickheads, but it seems this is their favourite? Who hurt them in real life? Honestly what the fuck.

Cliche is not equivalent to being “liked”. Cliche means overdone, overused, predictable because it’s been recycled so many times. The Manic Pixie Boy/Girl is a trope used in really bad writing, usually an indicator that the writer is self-inserting themselves as the jaded character, using it to fuel a perfect, 2D fantasy where their needs are met, without a damn given to the love interest. The Manic Pixie Boy/Girl exists as a tool, it’s almost sad.
Seems like it’s the same “cracking” his father went through while deteriorating. Is it because they slept together? Same thing happened to his dad after he had sex with the young master’s mom.

Saw some raws and the content is very similar to those “I’m not like other fans/I’m not a fan I HATE YOU SO FALL IN LOVE WITH ME” stories/fanfics on Wattpad, where you pair a famous person with someone who’s so “unique” because they hate your guts. It’s a little immature but I can understand why some other readers would be interested.
