Basically I don’t remember how it starts but the seme imprisons the uke in this room where the other workers come in and r***s the uke repeated for days and days. But then he finally escaped to a hotel after beating up the workers

I think it’s a isekai story. It’s been so long since I read it that forgot all the details except the fact that the main character (girl) can only walk like 100 steps or else she would vomit blood. Sorry that’s all I remember let me know if you know what it is called.
