This def had potential but everything was just rushed. I would've definitely liked it if the MC and ML got to know about each other more before they started dating like their past etc. But it's kind of sad that the author didn't get to do the story how they wanted.
And maybe for the brother and red head after the brother got rejected they could've just kept in touch since he's the only one he can talk to about his situation with the MC things could've just kicked off from there.
