ik the mc has a lot of past trauma he’s dealing with and that can explain the high sex drive and poor choices but i feel like he’s dragging everyone down with him…the other mc’s seem fine in my opinion and might need a bit of therapy but that’s only because they’re trying their best for a very damaged mc…the mc really needs help like help beyond therapy cuz everyone will keep going downhill with him (in terms of mental health) if he doesn’t get the help he needs…and i mean professional help…his friends are amazing but i don’t think they can save him

I totally get what you mean but I also kinda feel like it’s not only the mc dragging them down. It’s more like they drag each other down
