I'm looking for a BL manga, its student x teacher, but although the student confesses the teacher says he can't have a relationship until the student graduates. The student has been looking after this stray cat which sits in the same place on campus and one day it disapears, in the end it turns out the sensei has taken it home as it was getting popular.
Theres also an incident where the student sees the sensei in a car with a woman which turns out to be a misunderstanding.
ANYWAY, this is all I can remember I've literally searched for MONTHS trying to find it.

I started reading Choose Your Heroes Carefully and it reminded me of a story that sort of has a similar premis.
The main character is a shepard who looks after his flock on a hill where heroes end up being resurrected. I think it's a singular hero party fighting the demon lord or something. Anyway through countless resurrections the main hero and the sheppard become close etc
I think it was a manga but I could be wrong, I remember it being relatively short. Perhaps even incomplete.
Anyone got any leads on what it could be? I know this isn't a lot to go off

It's not super similar, as it's from the perspective of the sheppard who is only ever on this hill. The cover image of Choose Your Heroes Carefully always reminds me of it though
