it's because of the sun, it tends to make the day very hot. even with the temperature, it is not tolerable.
It's because it's 25 degrees Celsius, not Farenheit.
I think during April it's spring in Japan, so though it's suppose to be warm, it'd still be too early to be summer hot.
25 degrees in the philippines is somewhat a normal temperature since we are tropical lol. but for the countries at the north (asia) like japan, it should be warm for them.
and oh yeah, asian countries usually use celsius.
