I ship Masato and Hotaka from the beginning till end, it was pretty obvious that Masato care deeply for Hotaka and Hotaka also much more comfortable with Masato (like when Hotaka willing to eat right out from Masato's hand, but not for Chika). As for Chika, the whole time he basically forced his feelings on Hotaka while knowing Hotaka will most likely just goes with the flow. Of course Hotaka had something for for Chika otherwise he wouldn't have sex with him (at least I want to believe that), but the one whom care, respect and put Hotaka at ease the most were Masato. I'm happy they together, but I wish that Hotaka would be more clear about his feelings with Masato, that rather than just goes with the flow.
