Right here. It bothered me.
This was like the perfect case of Stockholm Syndrome right here. Her kidnapped treated her nicely so she's disillusioned that this is the only person on earth for her. Especially since she has no relatives left.
And they tried to make this fluffy. Like.... Um no. No no no no.
I was hoping for it to be darker after chapter 1 so I had my hopes but then comes chapter 2. Nope.
Honestly the longer you are on this website the more you realize that every author does it to every FL. Constant cat and mouse game with psychotic ML who can never love someone normally. Let me tell you, this isn't one of the worse ones. At least there's no grooming involved nor are there side characters who are just as delusional as the ML.
oh yeah, it's definitely a fucked up situation, but this is honestly pretty tame compared to some mangas. The most annoying thing is that the prince hasn't really expressed any other stalkerish or obsessive tendencies, or even explained why he locked her up in the first place when she clearly had no where else to be. I'm hoping that this will keep updating though, if only to answer why he is so obsessed with her.
I loved this chapter!!! Especially since the novel lacked the part where they gone to school and i really wanted to know more about how did it prosper
