the wife has always been in love with her husband but when they got married, she was arrested (I forgot what for but she was in prison for quite a while + she’s innocent). She thought her husband would get her out because she’s innocent and he has the power to do so (cuz he’s a businessman/conglomerate) but he never did. He didn’t even visit her but instead his lawyer (also his friend) did and helped her a lot. When she got out, she changed and didn’t show the same love she once had. Later, he finds out how much she suffered in prison and that people misunderstood what he said and bullied her instead (burnt her hand with a cigarette).
