Absolutely not in my opinion.
Going by 16 personalities description estp's are impatient, insensitive, can't handle boredom and love to be the center of attention. Personally i think especially the impatient part goes completely against how I see Kyle.

I think ISFJ might be closer with the patience, empathy and loyalthy. Eventhough they're introverts they are also known to be very social people, so I think it fits quite well.

I saw it from the cognitive functions side, I don't really like 16p. I thought that he could be Fe dom (enfj) but his Se is highly developed, also he is a quite logical and assertive person which made me think that he was Estp (Se-Ti-Fe-Ni). Enfj (Fe-Ni-Se-Ti) is possible too.
