Ok people. A lot of y’all are all reading this story because, like me, isekai/reincarnation/transmigration stories are your shit, like, it’s fun to read, we get it, we stan. Some of them have shitty MLs, but this guy isn’t even that bad, so let’s not go too in on him, ya feel. Mans has PTSD for crying out loud. Like, people are really bashing him for being extremely uncomfortable with women, especially the queen, who was, in fact, a completely horrible person before the FL went into her body isn’t it. C’mon people. Y’all better than this. Of course, total accountability for that fiasco at the practice dance because, yes, still an asshole move. But that’s literally the worst he’s done. Ok, actually, I think it’s not being the best father to Blanche, though that’s another topic for another day. But, some of these other MLs be doing the most atrocious things but people be acting like they can’t read and they can’t see during those parts.
For the record though, people hating on others for wanting them to divorce isn’t it either. Like, it’s not my girl Abby’s job to heal him, to fix him from his trauma. Like girl what? Umm she's the one who started him on the whole dance thing, which is why he reacted like he did. She, herself, should have figured he had some sort of trauma already (just not necessarily what kind of trauma because the king hasn't *been able* [not miscommunication btw] to tell her). So what you're saying basically means that she's allowed to traumatize him further but that there is no expectation allowed that she has to follow through on her own original goals? What? Besides if she leaves she's NOT going to be able to take Blanche with her. So she has to leave the very person she started all this for with the king who just experienced a traumatic incident because of herself. So that means, more specifically, that she's leaving while both their lives are messed up further. Sorry but that appears very irresponsible of her to me.
How the actual f*** is she supposed to know he suffered trauma? She thinks, and rightly so, his actions and only trauma are because of the OG bitch she took over. All she knows of his personality from the novel is he was disgusted by her behavior and never showed love to his daughter. She’s done everything to change what she can. Made Blanche feel loved, removed anything that could hurt her, extended affection to ml, tried to make them a family. Without knowing the actual trauma, which wasn’t in the novel, what do you expect of her?!? “HER GOALS” are to make them a loving family…..nothing sinister. All this just because mirror guy got angry and she uttered these words, “divorce, huh”. Sorry, I just have no clue where you’re coming from.

Also, POOR ECLIS, I swear I don’t care what anyone says, he’s a victim of Penelope’s desperation to survive (which is kind of iffy because can you really blame Penelope of not wanting to die in an unknown world?).
Before someone points it out, I know he develops obsessive love for her, I read the novel. I know he brings Yvonne back for some dumb shit like keeping Penelope to himself. I still stand by with what I’ve said.
