Usually, I don't get that annoyed by crappy translations bc I can at least understand it. But this one was pretty bad. If you're gonna ruin it for other people it's better if you quit, or get a proofreader. I bet there are quite a lot of people available to do that, such as myself, but if you're gonna half-ass the job it's better if you let other people do it.

Actually, they are middle schoolers. The timeline is a bit complicated to follow, especially since there is many ellipsis, flashbacks, special chapters in the future etc ect. But if I'm not mistaken, this whole story is a flashback (or it's the present but the first chapters happens in the future). The story starts in chapter 43, it is the prequel. Jian yi is at Xi's front door, covered with blood and it's the first time they see each other since the day Jian Yi dissappeared in their second day of high school (chapter 45). Jian Yi told him that it was bc of some big guys who kidnapped him (his father's underlings). Then, in chapter 48, Jian Yi says that he wants to work hard to be in the same university as Xi so they must be 18/19 yo. Xi is in university while Jian yi is in high school again (bc he might have missed school bc of the kidnapping lmao). This was the prequel, then the "real" start of the story is in chapter 50. And it's because of this that it is confusing because it's hard to know if it happens before he dissappeared, (so it means that the whole story is a flashback and then it will end up with Jian Yi being kidnapped) OR if it's a continuation of the prequel (and so they would be both high schoolers). BUT, THE TRUTH IS, that it actually happens BEFORE the kidnapping, so they're in middle school and they're 14/15 yo. Also, they look young (AT FIRST LMAO, NOW THEY LOOK LIKE THEY'RE 20) but it's more obvious when you see the old artstyle. They have the same clothes as in chapter 45 when Xi explained (in a narrative voice) that they were close in middle school, we can see their middle school clothes which are the same as their current clothes (look at chapter 45 and then chapter 52, it's the same). And in chapter 93, when Xi presents his friend Jian Yi, (in a narrative voice, again) he doesn't talk about the fact that he disappeared for years and reappeared mysteriously which is quite an important information so I guess it just didn't happened yet. And as I said, Xi is already in university anyway so they can't be in high school together. So yeah, they're definitely teenagers but they're like 14/15, not 17/18. Which is quite surprising bc He Tian lives alone, Mo is in a gang and Jian yi have problems with the mafia that's a lot of shit to face for some 14/15 yo teenagers BUT, I really don't think that it is weird for teenagers (even if they're middle schoolers) to have sexual pulsions, I mean, they're full of hormones and questions and between gangs, mafia and this, I think teenagers who explore their sexuality isn't the most problematic thing lol, bc even in real life it actually happens so... Yeah
