U can take a break. Well I sometimes get through that and what I do is read other genres. Like action or whichever. After that, I will again feel the urge to read some BL. Hehehe that’s what for me atleast. If u want some action or interested I can give u some list.

Recently I have reading some good josei manga / wholesome romance manhwa

I think most of us go through this phase. I've been here too and there are moments where I find BL dull and monotonous. I think it happens when you read to much of the genre consistently without any variation. Why don't you try venturing in other genres first. After I got bored with BL I went and read some good action/shounen stories and also isekai/cultivation/fantasy stories too. I also went romance/shoujo. Mystery thriller. Just anything really. You can explore and ask some recommendations from us based on your pref. Take your time and relax.(▰˘◡˘▰)
