When does the time skip happen to the scene from chap 1? Cause i'm at chap 28 and i'm trying so hard to keep reading but this is legitimately the most boring shit i've read in a while. But i still want to read the confinement part so does it happen anytime soon?
Official time skip happens in the beginning of Season 1 finale towards the end and begging of Season 2 Ch.52
We have yet to reach that specific scene shown from ch.1

I'd choose to save my grandma tbh. Like i feel bad for ml for injuring his legs but even when he did he managed to become successful in the novel. I know he can do that again this time too. On the other hand the grandma will literally die. It's an easy pick tbh
