Anthony’s mother was probably a bit younger though, but I’m assuming that she doesn’t have much plot relevance other than giving birth to him, so I doubt we’ll get any confirmation on that

But as to your question, I highly doubt Anthony’s mother was a morph like Kate’s. That seems like it would be lazy writing to give two very important characters the exact same backstory. Plus Anthony calls Kate his older sister, which wouldn’t make sense if he was born the same way as she was.
