OK, beginning of a rant right now, so warning for everyone.I just caught up with this Manga and I got to say it reached one of my bottom lines. Now I know it is fiction, and that there are worse things in other Mangas but...
Her excuse for not doing anything against her almost rapist is what reached my bottom line. As someone who was seaxually herassed I don't like how they portrayed this part, know it is fiction and that I shouldn't relate this to real life but I got angry at her excuse. (this is only my opinion no one has to think this way, and no one has to react this way, it just happened to me)
Even if she is worried about angering a rival yakuza, I believe the boat has sailed, what with him trying to rape, kidnapped, and threatened to harm at knife point the yakuza heads daughter from a rival gang.
Let's say she doesn't want to cause trouble with a rival gang, so why not call the police anonymously? (As a fellow member of this website already pointed it out this can't be done without evidence so sorry for putting this part)
If he does it now against her without any repercussions who is to say he won't do it again to someone who doesn't have anyone to protect her and save her, or anyone that doesn't have a powerful family backing her.

And the next chapter made it worse because they didn't even need him for the play, therefore, her excuse became null and stupid. I know he did it to get a raise out of Makio, but the way she did things at the end is what got to me.
