I think it was obvious how much of an asshole kou was from the start, how are you supposed to trust a one-night stand? And that one-night even sexually harrassed him in his own office, not a indication of a good guy in anyway. It's kind of yaoi's fault that we have kind of accepted these kind of things as cliche, because when you think about it, the way kou treated shinobu initially was very problematic even before it got revealed that he betrayed him, just because you was kind once in a while doesn't make those initial assholeness go away.

I also like the way shinobu handled it and didn't forgive him easily. Definitely liked his backbone and also liked how he took the relationship back at his term, in the future I imagine if you once again does something shitty shinobu will just dump his ass and move, he certainly has the maturity to do that.

Was it ever not? I honestly laugh harder at this than a lot of comedy BL's, I don't know who the hell in their right mind could actually think this shit is hot haha.

For someone who doesn't like Bara, this one for me is easy on the eyes..the sex scenes for me aren't hot since it's beyond my logic, but some other aspects are haha

Well, I've never been a big fan of either stories you mentioned but it's not the fantasy elements in general that I think are getting weird.

If I'm understanding the story correctly (no guarentee lol) her husband decapitated her while she was having an affair. She mention there being a "trick" on Leopold's sword. So maybe that was the same sword her husband used to kill her. But who put the "trick" on the sword in the first place? I feel like that priest had SOMETHING to do with it.

Not necessary, sex is fine just no bullying, rape etc. A lot of these webtoons seem to have this plot, it just seems hard to find one where the uke isn't being abused by another character
