I'm a bit confused, if I have already press "already read" bottom and give it rank. Why, have my notification have not notified me when there was a new chapter? (︶︿︶)
You pressed the wrong one you need to press the "reading now" button in order to receive updates
Press now reading
It doesnt matter, you get notifications if its now reading or already read. The thing is you dont get notifications for each chapter when it gets uploaded but at a certaion time (depends on your timezone) you get one notification with everything thats uploaded that you are following
Contact the admins (e-mail: [email protected]). I don't really know, but I think you can also report the problem

Just click on 'I want to read' or 'now reading'. A box will appear, do whatever you need there and click 'ok', or you can just click 'ok' immediately.
Yeah, you have to mark it as "Already read" or "Now reading" to get notifications.
when you finish reading a manga, it gives a you an option to click on Want to read, reading, and read.
when you click reading and read it automatically gives you the notifications

When you are viewing a manga, there's a part where it says: now reading, already read and want to read. Click on which one you prefer the manga to be, then something should pop up with the tags and add comment. Below it should be a SUBMIT option. Then there you go (=・ω・=) enjoy :)
p.s. you can view all the manga you've marked in your homepage ;)

I have a questions to whomever reads this. My question to you is, have you ever read a book on this website commented and saved, later in the future you went back just to read that book only to find out that it not saved anymore. ( And you knew that you saved the book). How to find that?

It's duplicate uploading & unfortunately the one admins delete out later is the one you marked. Anyway it still appears in your Reading / Read list, just click manga there, it will link you to the left one to re-mark into your list.
In short, just mark it into list again. (≧∀≦)
