Even that, what's wrong with people if I don't consider what happened rape? No, wait, why would *I* consider something rape when the one directly involved didn't even think about it in that way, not even once? Like, in the painter of the night (is it called like this?) the dude considered it rape when the lord had sex with him while drunk, so it was. If someone gets drunk and have sex with someone, it's up to them to decide if it was rape or just a drunk mistake. It's up to them to decide how they feel about what happened. Jooin doesn't think about it as rape, so I don't either. If he did, I would.
Having said that, the cat did a lot of other wrong things, does his past justify all of it? Since it's a webtoon I would say yes why not, in real life I wouldn't even want his bum near me

it doesn't work that way dude. jooin doesn't even properly remember it let alone say it was consentual. it doesn't matter if the 'victim' enjoyed it or not, physiological reaction doesn't equal to consent jooin was nearly unconcious and yahwi was clearly sane enough to understand what he was doing, what matters is that yahwi has the mentality of someone who's okay with noncon. what matters is that yahwi did go all the way not knowing OR caring if jooin would be fine with it. let's say this one dude rapes a girl and doesn't feel any remorse whatsoever but the girl falls in love with him in the end. does that make him any less of a rapist? hell no. let's say one person is getting manipulated in a relationship but doesn't realize it or acknowledge it. does that make the person manipulating them less shitty? again, no.
even in fiction his past doesn't justify any of the things he did though it's totally fine if you just admit he's a shitty person and like him anyway.

I was obviously referring to someone who can think straight. Like, in painter of the night it looks like the ml has fallen in love and everything, this doesn't change he's been raped and probably has Stockholm syndrome too, because his mental state IS NOT okay, he's not capable of properly judge what's happening around him.
