Possibly but I think he just genuinely has D.I.D. I feel like it wouldn’t make sense for him to have a second life and then return to the fist one out of no where. Maybe if he died in the normal world but he just woke up. Like he made it up to protect his emotions. That’s why he’s just like “oh, that would be traumatic but that wasn’t me”. It also explains why everyone in his “real” world is the same as the omegaverse.
Honestly, I guess an unpopular opinion, but I didn’t hate this story. I was really scared after reading the comments, but I guess spoiler alert, None of them really cheated. Some of y’all made it seem like they were just out here cheating when in reality the one guy kissed somebody else for his job ( model ) and the other guy didn’t even consent to the the kiss. It was a sneak attack kiss lol. I get the criticism that it kind of went from one story to another, but I mean it makes sense since they ran away together, so none of the stuff that happened in the beginning was relevant anymore since all those characters were gone . I don’t know it wasn’t that bad to me. I enjoyed it
