after reading the s1 raws, i have a hunch that the "reborn" anubis will be the biggest pain in the ass this season 2

Tbh I'm the most interested in the background story of the four siblings: Isis, Osiris, Nephthy and Seth. I want to see their past and their history together. How they came to love each other (or in some cases didn't lol), their friendship, how they married, the source of Osiris's obsession, all in all the relationship and story between them when they were younger.
Imo it's the most vague and intriguing part of the whole story but idk if we will see much of it unfortunately :(
There is so much material for a whole new project (prequal).
But I guess Mojito will focus mostly on Seth and Horus relationship in the future.

Man, I really really like Horus. He's one of the few characters that actually has got a good heart. Similarly to Anubis, he's gotten roped into a conflict that really has nothing to do with him and that unfortunately makes him a pawn.

I’ve read both spanish and russian versions to be sure of what happens. Basically, Seth loses, and a trial is held to judge him. Horus wants to help in some way, so he frees Nephtys (Seth’s wife) and brings her to the trial. She tries to take some responsibility of what happened, but Ra doesn’t buy the bullshit and tries to stir things even more up. Seth sees that if the conversation keeps up, the fact of him being raped by Osiris and that being the reason to killing him will be revealed, and because he doesn’t want that, he tells Maat to just punish him. They come to a conclusion where Seth will try to save the soul of every human he killed (or something like that). He is stripped of his divinity too, and he leaves on a journey to do this work. Horus becomes king as accorded. Also, in the process of the trial, it is revealed that Anubis is not Seth’s biological son, and upon hearing this, Anubis’s last hope fades, making him go crazy with despair. As he dies? he is reborn as a complete god, finally letting go the affection he had for Seth, his father.

From photos of the previous for the second season, we can see Seth with the greek character together (when Seths face is revealed after Maat strips him of his divinity, the greek dude is like he hot damn) so I guess he will be his companion on the journey?

Don't apply real life logic to animes and mangas because this is FICTION. Y'all should learn how to separate rl and FICTION. If you don't like what you are reading then stop and drop the story instead of spewing bs. so based off my extensive knowledge of manhua cliches this is my prediction and only a prediction ive not read any spoilers-Glasses guy will be the snake who ends up as the ML. They met once at a party when they were younger and he liked watching her cry so he became intrigued and joined the game for funsies hoping to see her cry again. Through the course of the game he will fall in love with her scheming nature and end up forfeiting at the end.

The child hood friend is also a member and joined to protect her but she wont trust him again after that but he will forfeit and probably date the other best friend who has secretly loved him all along.

Blonde boy will eventually fall head over heels for her and feel dirty about the game telling her about it and what the prizes and circumstances are and then she will then crush him through blackmail and he will have his heart broken. these are my predictions.
