Anyone care to explain?
to me it seems God has made novel characters real in some alternate universe and its up to angels and demons to keep them on track with their plot
since demons are more aggressive they apprehend and angels with their nurturing nature reform them. the only reason this system exists is cuz heaven and hell are out of "jobs" to do since humans seem self sufficient

Ehh...idk about that. Omegaverse isn’t really as appealing as Killing Stalking, just in terms of subject matter. Omegaverse is really only for a) hardcore fujoshi, b) who are into mpreg, and it usually comes with a lot of rape (which I really dislike, but I can let it go sometimes). Killing Stalking on the other hand is about psychos murdering people in their basement and stalkers, but even non-fujoshi can get into this (I have one friend who would die from embarrassment just looking at a BL poster but loves Killing Stalking). Another advantage that Killing Stalking has is that it’s REALLY well-written and utilizes several elements of suspense and horror to drive the story along. We all have days when we seriously consider stabbing someone (with a pencil) or we stalk our crush (on social media), and the story becomes all the more interesting because we can relate to it, while we’re also shocked by the extremes of the characters.
Whoops! That made me sound like I was saying KS was better. Personally, I prefer KS because omegaverse (in general) makes me feel a tad icky with its heavy dependence on rape and primitive urges to reproduce sans-romance (although this story turned out to be not as bad as some), and I love the thrill of KS.
