I never thought we'd get this chat back yayyy!!

But can we also congratulate the mom here? The son was confused, rightfully so, which the mom respected and gave him his space. She acknowledges the hurt she's caused and understands that it is not something that can be changed overnight. So instead of forcing it, she let's her son guide where the relationship is going and backs down when he needs time to process or just time alone. I think she deserves an award for this! If all ppl irl did this, some relationships wouldn't end, and most ppl don't know how to respect boundaries like she has been doing. So the fact that she is taking hints and reading the room really shows an improvement in her character.

In cases like these, I would say "no way" since they're becoming step brothers. BUT, they were in a relationship before their parents so I honestly don't think it's fair for them to throw it away just cuz their parents decided to get married way after they started dating, you know? Even if the parents knew they were dating, they still might've developed feelings for each other anyways and still decided to get married. My point is, I don't really see anything wrong it, as long as they were in a relationship before things started happening with their parents.

I've met a chef like him and it's not fun, but it happens. Chefs like him are more common then some ppl think, it definitely seems abusive, but I guess it doesn't really faze me cuz the exact same thing happened to me once. Except, I got yelled at and my pizza got thrown away....not even composted, which is a waste.

I don't like him. Just to me, he personally seems way too pushy. I can tell he really wants to get his feelings across, but he's being too forceful towards everyone involved and it just kinda makes me uncomfy and cringe. Anyone else feel that way or is it just me?

When he said that he should look elsewhere for emotional connections and stuff, I understood that it's good for him to set boundaries, but with how hurt the mc was feeling, I still wanted to hit the Kwon!

I don't prefer rape scenes at all, but since the author did it, I'm glad it was a woman. The reason why I say this is because men raping women is so widely known that women have multiple resources to help stay protected or to help them recover if they are raped. But women raping men is still somewhat unaccepted in society today since some ppl still have the mindset of "a real man wouldn't let himself get raped" or "how could a big guy like you get raped by a small woman". So I'm glad that this story had the portrayal that YES, MEN CAN GET RAPED BY WOMEN IN REAL LIFE, because it really does happen. I find it so sad that men don't have as much resources or feel that they are unable to speak of these experiences because of our judgemental society and it's sick that so many women get away with this because they are seen as small and harmless. Ppl need to remember that now there are drugs that make it easier to rape ppl, men or women, and that it's something accessible to ALL GENDERS! Sorry for the long rant, and just to note, although I used the terms man and women above, I meant to include everyone, regardless of whether you identify as a woman, man, neither, both, etc. Anyways, thanks for reading my Ted Talk!

That emperor can shove it! Constantly undermining Navier's power, embarrassing her in front of everyone, asking her to accept his mistresses baby, and then blaming her for not getting pregnant?! I personally don't think there's anything wrong with Navier, there's an old legend stating that if women really don't want to get pregnant, they won't. And seeing how much of an assault the emperor is, this could very well be the case with Navier. I bet she could become pregnant with anyone else but him, I hope that happens to prove the emperor wrong
