now I like short side stories if they are done properly, but I feel like Dobin’s story was rushed for the hell of it. Like, where is the redemption arc for the top, when are we gonna explore more about the top and the bottom, are there anymore characters we can get to see,when is the top gonna give two fucks about the bottom, and much more. It just feels incomplete. I’m not trying to hate on the makers of this but I just feel disappointed with the side story.

Sometimes I think some fujos just don't empathize with male victims of sexual assault. This is why other yaoi needs to stop romanticizing assault, some people don't know how to disconnect from that even when the mangaka themselves clearly doesn't romanticize rape.
