That’s just an art style. Sometimes the base face for female characters just looks the same. This ain’t just a BL thing. For one piece most female characters have the same face and body type. Other stuff like danganronpa and fate stay night have same face syndrome. I’m not complaining tho, they draw better than I ever could lol.
