he ends up with a harem i’m pretty sure. i’m not entirely sure if sa happens fs, but it was generally disappointing to find out cause the action was so good in this for it to end up harem

It may be considered rape cuz there was one scene where he f'ed a girl while unconcious but he did it to save her with the girls father's permission. U can use ur own judgement to determine if he's guilty or not

Also, the girl understood the situation and was fine with it, in the novel she thinks about the whole thing as something like medicine since it saved her life and MC didn't do it with her because he wanted to

Yup, but overall it all comes down to what the readers would feel some might be disgusted by the thought of it or some might be ok with it (〜￣△￣)〜
