Even if that is his ex girlfriend, they knew each other before that and at this point it would be considered as friends. They didn’t sate for long and he obviously didn’t know about that crap from before. He sees her as a friend and as a friend he would want to comfort them. It’s oblivious that he loves Yuki, and even if the girl has feelings for Naruse that doesn’t mean that she would have ill intentions when all she wants is someone to comfort her since she doesn’t have anyone.
Even if Yuki does find out or see them, it will either go two ways if the author is smart they would have Yuki being understanding and mature about it since it is obvious that she wants to be friends with her and trusts her boyfriend. Plus it would shown that she has grown more as a person in love. If they just make her insecure again, which to me feels very offbrand for Yuki and invites a whole unnecessary drama. I think if that were to happen and put their relationship in more disarray would just get the readers panties in a bunch. In all honesty I relate so much with Yuki she never fully experienced a relationship but now she has one and of course she is worried. She has been a person who naturally give things up to make others better, She has grown up like that. She does seem mature, but don’t forget that she never had a chance to ever act selfishly. I mean I am not saying give her a pass so that she can act like a whiny bitch or something. But with someone who has grown up not speaking out their own mind they think bad about themselves when faced with their happiness. Yuki is truly happy and enjoying herself, so of course she is worried about it all crashing down on her. She is too overwhelmed with the feelings that contain her. I am not in relationship but if I was I would probably feel similar to Yuki. I wouldn’t be super confident that they love me and all that insecure shit. But I will grow to love myself more and Yuki will too. And I think you guys are all forgetting that this is shoujo romance. The tropes and cliche of people falling in love Yuki and Naruse are bound to happen and will bring up drama, but in the end they know that they love each other and those cliches are what makes them a better couple.

I love this so much. And like her reactions with everyone is the best. Even though Kaisas feels alone especially since that guy doesn’t seem to be the reincarnate/have the memoriesI hope that she stays in touch with her childhood friend who isnt necessarily hers. He better not fucking die. He needs to be allowed to live and get married and have children so that she could be an aunt. He’s too precious to die.

Okay I am like still going to see where this goes, but for those comments about how she is an adult dating a minor and the author should’ve made him older, have you even seen the bunch of manga about high school girls and adults like why is it that I don’t see complaints on that type of manga but just this one.

If I don't like it don't read it. If everyone agreed to everything and anything nothing would change. Why do you think drama exists? Discourse is a good thing especially on problematic tropes like romanticizing relationships with minors. the author did nothing to push the idea that dating a highschooler is wrong instead romanticized it. Good for you knowing that irl it's bad but that's just you.
“She doesn’t even have a dowry”
If they really loved each other that is bad evidence to say that they don’t. Like if they are engaged without a dowry doesn’t that mean they dont care about those things. I mean I know their love is currently contract, but if this reporter guy is going to prove it is that he needs better evidence
