In the novel, Ruby and her brother went to the greenhouse (the one Izek made for her). Freya saw them together, followed them and saw the son of a bitch (Cesare) kissing ruby (more like forced himself on her)
Frantically, Freya ran for Ellen and Izek. Tried to drag everyone she can to the place, in hope to reveal to everyone that ruby is having an affair with his own brother. But the moment they arrived there, the only thing they see was Ruby bleeding out on the floor after being beat up by Cesare (because Ruby told him that she truly loves Izek)
And that's how they found out that ruby was abused all along
Like one of the comments said yeah I've read worse. I feel like all of this mangaka works are not to be taken seriously lmao. You just gotta ove the amazing art and the wacky ass plot line

Reading these recent chapters, happy moments between Tia and her father made the chapter of Tia's previous life harder to read. Like it's impossible to not bawl your eyes out whenever you read those chapters no matter how many times you read them
