its really annoying when its obvious the translator is tryharding at being funny but i generally dont care cuz im more grateful that theyre taking the time to translate for no profit
i love those too!! i feel like they deserve to have a corner of their own since they worked hard to give us new chapters BUT... there are times where the chapter is like really emotional, serious, dramatic and then at the end of the chapter there's like a funny meme from the translators (￣∇￣") i dont like it because it ruins the mood so much

there was another manhua, where there was a mini theatre about the author and his editors at the end of each episode. I loved it so much.
It's good when it's at the bottom but I hate when they keep leaving their opinions throughout the chapter like pleaseee I'm trying to read save your thoughts for the end of the chapter but I don't mind when they drop a little joke here or there throughout it just irks me when they don't stop leaving their notes throughout the entire chapter

Personally, in shoujo I think "light and shadow" is very underrated, even it's sequel "golden times" didn't disappoint. It's a very good representation of a strong female protagonist who doesn't need a man but has someone to rely on. (Complete)

In yaoi "kings maker" is the best I've read hands down. I love that it comes with both r rated and pg versions so more people can enjoy it. It has amazing world building, backstories, actually relatable mental and emotional portrayal. (Complete with epilogue)

I highly recommend Troll Trap. The premise is similar to Tokyo Ghoul but the vibes give off BNHA. Solo Leveling used to be my top fave action shounen manhwas but Troll Trap easily replaced it. It has better storyline and progression imo.

the reason mangas get featured is based on their popularity. the more people that comment on a manga, the more likely it is to end up on the featured list. it doesn’t matter how bad the manga is, what matters is the number of ppl engaging with it. in fact, most ppl aren’t even reading these mangas, aside from the obvious target demographic… they r just making a ‘funny’ comment & moving on without realizing they r harming our community
