Am I the only one who feels like the conclusion to the story is waaay too convenient and doesn't make any sense? It feels like the mangaka just gave up... ( ̄へ ̄)
I felt the same way too!
It's not that I think a happy ending of a threesome is bad. In this case, I just felt like it didn't make sense for the story to come to that conclusion. Maybe this is my misunderstanding of the characters' feelings, but I couldn't follow the development of their relationships or their personalities.
Hmm... I'm surprised by how many people are saying they hate Toua because I don't hate him at all. Yes, I am frustrated by and don't agree with a lot of his actions, but I don't think he's doing them to be purposely hurtful. What I've gotten from the story so far is that he is afraid of commitment because he thinks it will make him feel trapped. Yet, even though he feels this way, I think Toua really does want to be able to care more for Jirou.. It's apparent in chapter 4 that Toua is upset by the fact that Jirou is hurt by the way he is treating their relationship. However, he just doesn't know what to do about the situation because he lacks confidence in his ability to make Jirou happy due to his trepidation about love/commitment and his own shortcomings.
Anyway, I hope that makes some sense. I've never been very good at analyzing story lines and characters, but I wanted to try and share my interpretation here.
In general, I really like the way the story line and the character development have been progressing. Everyone has a nice amount of depth to their personality and the pacing doesn't feel rushed. (^_^)
"Please enjoy." lmao I lost my shit when he said that and then let it rain on his face (≧∀≦)
