Honestly I’m mainly seeing people call him that because they pity the friend that died. They believe mc is obligated to be more concerned, etc.
I was mainly referring to the brain dead comment below or a few spaces below mine..but even in that instance it’s unjustified. He didn’t like this friend. Yeah I see you point and I love the uke with his sleeping around behavior or not. Like you said he's single and a free of commitments person. The reaction to the friends death is the same, if I wasn't close with him and not a very sensitive person how I react in that situation obviously is not gonna be like my best friend died so I dont see the issue.
