First story I see that have this much slow pacing that every chapter look like a cliffhanger.

No sign of mc in next chapter. Finally ml and mc brother encounter happen but no conversation between them yet. Pacing is too slow.
If he stay alive after this accident. What next , his brother next move will be giving him apple at the hospital so mc will die with allergy.
Hoping he didn't do anything to his face in next chapter.
That's mean mc with someone else in his younger days. And ml know he likes men
He is so irrational like dude your relationship is not started as a friend, if he don't want to be your friend for a reason accept it or accept that you has the feeling for him.
Most satisfying thing in this is the quick divorce. She is free now atleast . Like even it's misunderstanding . She is writing you letters on her part the least you can do as a husband to go where she is send to face a punishment. When you know your father hates your wife.
The lady revenge is too perfect. I think the story heading toward the reincarnation plotline.

It's not unrealistic reaction by ml , you can see it in real life how people some people who act like mannered do something like this when things don't according to them or cause betrayal to them . And it's realistic response as a victim then mc try to pursue him even after that. Only unrealistic thing will be if author try to make them a endgame as a couple .portraying this kind of situation is only ok when your theme is not only a a love dovey webtoon category.
As an emperor he take the decision to punish her, it understandable if he gave the command to do investigation first. And least he can do is to visit her in the prison as a husband while performing his duty as a emperor.
The ending is good , the whole self reflection thing and growth of character Make the story even better. The mc character is different and how he learnt to deal with the situation and accept his own short coming. And like the part where he didn't give up when ml tell his past like other manga where mc become soft hearted and forgave immediately. The mls also likeable in this story. I like how they show the time skip .
It's realistic that make it a little bit scary. There are lot of couple like this in real life. The car scene is so scary if mc was not the calm type, the situation can exclerate in worse direction. Ml is ticking bomb in the relationship.
