Haiyan isn't the son of the former-former king, Mosshire is and would be considered as Wolfgang's uncle and the half-brother of that bastard king that Wolfgang beheaded, Haiyan is Mosshire's son so that means he and Wolfgang would be cousins. (⌒▽⌒)
