I know my comment might be late but I'll still say it lol. Rika somehow became Saeran/Ray's guardian as Seven left to be an agent (they are twins and their life is in danger so Seven needed to go away to save them both and V helped him remove his existence while silently taking care of Saeran). V mostly took care of Seven and Rika to Ray. And yeah, what's sad is that Ray got entangled with Rika and shit happened
