It’s the ending??? It felt out of nowhere I thought we’re just half way?? I’m obviously in denial but I’m glad they’re both okay now Taeju seemed more traumatised of the sea lol everytime he worriedly asks Euihyun what he’s thinking when he looks at the sea just gets me every time I think wow so this is what it feels like to have someone sincerely cares for your mental health altho it’s sad cuz they get hurt too. Just so much feels “I thought it tasted like that because my life is bitter” so funny not

Oh this is cooking again can’t wait for another round of dramaaa lezgooo haha whats been bothering me tho is that, how did Hyoun end up the dragon for this family? He literally had no contact with the rest of the bottom’s family before the bottom died in their first life?? But he just is their dragon now.. how did that happen? I’m sure i missed something it’s been so long

I mean I don’t think he just chose some random family to bless and hoped blindly? He had to bless the right bloodline if this manhwa ever considered that to make some sense.. I’m thinking maybe Hyoun talked to someone after the bottom died..like maybe the obsessed stalker guy!? That kind of plot twist HAHAHAH

I think he blessed the family thanks to MC's sister in the past. She was part of the royal (?) family and since I guess psycho brother in the past died without children, she would have been the only one to keep the family name going lol and I guess that's also why in the present she was thought to be the reborn fated mate of the dragon, when instead it was MC.

Right!! The sisterrr I honestly forgot that she was also apparently spared by the psycho brother cuz bottom saw her after he got captured for the last time, right? And then Hyoun saved him so meaning Hyoun knows their family house. now at least there is that connection if Hyoun really did decide to talk to the family. he knows the address plus good sister to make a deal = v =

I’m numb at this point I just wanna read the ending. All the mainstream manhwas be turning dark and angsty right now I don’t have enough heart to feel them alllll

I hate that this is happening in mainstream and I also don’t know why but my theory is koreans already have tons of fluff materials that their mainstream manhwa authors just tends to go the dark path cuz that’s the edgy path. Like the rebellious age for the manhwa or something. I think korean manhwas are now in that teenager age phase

make sense or they think its cool to love edgy/depressing/toxic stuff or they think its what the audience wanted like we dont have enough of that in rl. the market is saturated enough. write stories without grape/kidnapping/mafia/drugs/debt/useless parents etc challenge.
sad to say sometimes even the gorgeous art couldnt save it (not this one in particular but in some cases).

Oh yeahh I mean I have no problem devouring grapes or angst in my early teens before but now that I’m older i think to myself I already seen everything but manhwa is still fairly new (compared to other bl platforms like ffs or manga) so of course the creators are still going thru that early rotten fujoshi/fudanshi phase. History tells me it will not get better edgy tropes will only grow and thrive no matter what and only saving grace are the few creators who will deviate from the dark and give us the good stuff
The groom fiance cheats with bride’s cousin? Nephew? What are they again?
The groom is betrothed to his great aunt and is chasing his uncle which is also being chased by his own brother ☠
One more important perspective: father and son likes the same person, their brother and uncle lmao this is too hilarious GoT seemed normal XD
To be fair, a lot of the older pantheons, like Greek and Egyptian, were all related to each other. It was normal to some degree back then, and a lot of the myths rely on them being related. Since the author is taking a lot of inspiration directly from the myths, it makes sense they are still related.
Which is a bit weird because incest has been taboo in most if not almost every society since before written records.
Don't forget about the Hapsburg Dynasty which ruled over Austria and Europe for centuries by keepin' it in the family. Straight on down to Marie Antoinette. It's been a thing for a very very very long time...thankfully not anymore (that we know of).
Yep I know the author takes heavy inspiration from the Egyptian myth just like Rick Riordan does in his books. I’m not mad about that at all I’m just saying it’s really entertaining XD I love love stuff like this. It’s fiction and that’s it’s main purpose but of course it’s all different in real life cuz bro if you’re not royal that needs blood preservation ritual, incest is very bad in the long run morally and scientifically for surrreee
Royals and their obsession with preserving blood is crazy but that’s their problem honestly we dun care about them destroying their genes xD we’re here for fictional incest entertainment from incestous love affairs of Egyptian gods (that are myths of course, hope people don’t think mythology stories are real history)
