i noticed this here and other websites but why are mangas that are still being uploaded (regardless of whether they are complete in the og language), being marked as completed??

Probably because since volume 1 was done, they marked it as completed but then the manga started to have more vol coming out so they just don't change the tag ig. I mean its understandable for them to mark completed after the first vol is done since the BL manga usually just have 6 chapters

the pacing/development of this season so far is just torture. JK still has dick for brains and Kim Dan is so sad to look at. I just want him and be happy with his grandma. the way things are I can’t say i’ll he happy with Jk as endgame (tho i know thats whats gonna happen)
