They are both what missing in their lives.I guess they are able to find each other in a perfect time of their lives. It may messy but that situation bring them closer.
Soohyun realizing that he just wanted to be beside Eunsung .
Eunsung finding out that in his boring and seemingly perfect life is nothing interesting or peace at all until he tangled with soohyun which he did not do when they are still in highschool that is why he said that he keep on thinking that if they just met on different circumstances they could have a great time.
