If anyone wants that color it's called "Treachery in Blue" by a nail polish brand called Mooncat. I have a few of their colors and they are beautiful. It's also a thermal polish, it changes colors based on temperature (like a moon ring). I have "Queen of the Dead" which changes from dark purple to red.
