okay this is just a THEORY but uhhh… i think hathor might be sekhmet!
from the version of the myths i know, hathor and sekhmet are like alter egos, as in sekhmet turns into hathor when she is subdued, and vice versa. some potential evidence: 1) when set(?) tried to take hathor’s mirror in season 1, she went super saiyan, so she already shows the power sekhmet has; 2) sekhmet tricked seth and horus with the same mirror that hathor gave them; 3) we never really see sekhmet and hathor in the same scene/at the same time; 4) sekhmet’s face is hidden and in the family tree shown at the end of the first few eps, her face isn’t shown. she’s shown as a daughter of ra along with hathor, but i think they are the same person. plus the family tree is pretty misleading lol (it shows anubis being seth and nepthys’ son, but….)
anyways, in short i believe hathor and sekhmet are the same. to clarify, i don’t think sekhmet is hathor in disguise, but it’s more of a hulk kinda situation: sometimes sekhmet just comes out and is in control, and hathor doesn’t have sekhmet’s memories/vice versa
okay the art for this is really good and the reviews are all pretty positive so far, but idk if i should start it because of the psychological tag. i don’t really like psychological stuff, so could someone please spoil me as to how mind fucky it gets? judging from the comments, a guy named cirrus is kinda manipulative… is he the love interest? i don’t mind spoilers, just give me the details as to how it’s psychological lol
TW
Its not as physiological in the sense of like killing and blood but it does contain a lot of hints at sexual assault and grooming I'd say it's really angsty. The main character which is Skylar seems to have a lot of mental health issues and what we're assuming is the male lead cirrus has been really manipulative and toxic and his character is also just not in the right mind set
the business talk this season is actually starting to get interesting! i can kinda understand it and it's not getting lost on me. i'm not sure if this plot is plausible and all the business and econ stuff is realistic or the author is pulling stuff out of their ass, but it feels pretty legit to me and i think it adds to the story lol
yesyes, the contents on this manhwa was actually very accurate and gives a lots of information and elaboration towards money smurfing (season 1) , negligence of duty (season 2) and for season 3 manipulation of accounting books. all of it was unethical practices for business. i think the author is on the corporate side, she/he sure knows alot of stuff
please drop y’all’s theories/spoilers for what might’ve happened to mr seo back in the marketing department, especially his history with musty orange/beige haired dude and the short black haired asshole (sorry, i don’t bother to remember the names of manipulative bitches lol)
personally i think they found out he was gay(?) and then wanted him out, so they framed him for a mistake another person did. idk black haired dude might’ve been closeted too and outed(?) him out of fear (hence mr seo feeling bad for him) but yeah that’s just my two cents
