Taku never loved Haesoo. He loved the idea he created of who Haesoo was and wanted to take him from Joowon. He ignored what Haesoo really felt and all the baggage he carried. Someone with the kind of bond that connects H and J can't just leave it behind, they never stopped loving each other, they were hurting thinking about all the implications of their love, as if they were for blame for being in love. Haesoo and Joowon love is pure and strong. They might have tried to deny it for their parents and society's sake, but you can't force love. If Haesoo had chosen Taku, they would be unhappy, and Taku eventually would grow tired of a partner who has his heart bonded to someone else. Haesoo has already accepted that his love for Joowon is difficult and that they won't be welcomed by everyone, and that's why I stan them. Real love overcomes everything. Damn I hate angst... I just want this over with!
