1. i dont believe so. With a female and male Beta, they can reproduce that way. Sometimes even a female Alpha and a female Beta would be able to reproduce.
2. i don't understand the question. ill take it as ('can alphas be turned into omegas?'). this depends on the author. there is no official answer, Usually characters are born or naturally develop into alphas/betas/omegas in Omegaverse fic, but I have read fics in another fandom in which becoming an omega is something that can be triggered.
3. the reproductive system of a male omega can be searched up, ( https://theomegaverse.tumblr.com/post/116073081092/brief-look-into-omegaverse-reproductive-system). there has been no mention of self cleaning in anything i have read.

Honestly depends on the creator. I've seen Alpha on alpha female in stories but no omega on omrga.

Female alphas - they have a dick and can get omegas(F and M) and female betas pregnant. some omegaverse say that female alphas can get pregnant too but it is mostly accepted that while, many female alphas can give birth, most of them cannot. hence its rare.
so two female alphas "may" reproduce together but two male omegas cannot, coz their semen don't contain sperm.

in some beta stories, their a/b/o characteristics depend on their partner. say if the beta is partners with an omega, they will show some alpha characteristics like overprotective and providing for their omegas. their scent may change but that doesn't mean their bodies will. similarly, if a beta has an alpha partner , they show characteristics of an omega, like nesting and thier scent will change to something sweeter. but since their bodies dont change, a male beta wont get pregnant even if they are partners with an alpha. tbh betas are just the most versatile. the ultimate switches.

Now time for the main topic: I feel like this one character shouldn’t be a parent because it looks like they did it for the aesthetic. Their partner is doing all the work while they’re getting drunk and not doing anything and by work I mean getting bank, taking care of the baby, and house work. The partner that’s doing everything leaves for one day and they get a call that the baby is in the hospital because they left the baby and someone that shouldn’t be a parent alone. I get it it’s hard being a first time parent but c’mon they aren’t even trying.
