I think some people who read this forget its a work of fiction and have false expectations that all the characters should be mentally healthy and good people. I think the fact that the characters (ehemmmm.... character.) are psycho is just super realistic? people in general are crazy and everyone has problems, especially whenever you study history, we learn about all these crazy noble bastards. i enjoy this story because i just find it interesting and kinda realistic because of how flawed the characters are. in nakyum’s case, i feel its wrong to criticize him for not leaving or running because realistically, its hard for people to make big decisions like that, most o ya’ll probably wouldn’t know what to do either. people make mistakes, thats why life is interesting

Felix assists issac in trying to get Benjamin, but Benjamin and the mother is taken by cole patricks to Cali. Felix secretly finds out that he is Benjamin’s father from Noah’s investigation. He gets a phone call from Cole, and tells Cole that Benjamin is his child. Cole realizes that Issac is an omega because a beta can’t give birth to such a dominant alpha (betas can get preggo here ig). Felix and issac go on a private jet to rescue Benjamin, but issac is resolute in meeting Cole himself.
Issac goes to Cole, and Cole forces him to take heat inducing drugs. Cole tells Issac about the true way Issacs father died, from continuous days of rape. Cole tries to rape Issac and Issac fights back, so the whole scene is rlly gory. Cole bites Issac’s neck, bonding with him.
This is when Felix arrives. He sees Issac starting to get bonded with Cole, but Issac is rejecting Cole’s pheremones(in this universe bonding is when an omega’s body is fully transmitted with an alpha’s pheromones). Felix puts his own more dominant pheromones into Issac, and this is really painful for Issac bc his nose is gushing blood and tons of other stuff is happening. Cole gets away, and goes to Benjamin and the mother.
Anyways Issac and Cole do the nasty for a while bc Felix goes into rut and Issac is in heat. Cole gets shot at the end. Issac, his mother, and Benjamin move into Felix’s mansion. They get married through only a marriage registration form. Tons of stuff that’s less angst happens after this point, like Felix’s grandfather. Basically Felix is a huge horndog and gets turned on by Issac literally anytime so there’s tons of that stuff.
