I love the romance here, but I don't get wtf is happening in the plot. I just binged the official version and I cannot understand.

Main character is Tay, whose twin brother is, for some reason, a mega mind from the day he was born apparently and designs weapons.

And Tay is his lucky charm, but only to him (is this a metaphor, or is it serious? I don't understand ). And some people think that they can also benefit from this luck (I guess?).
