I hate that Naoto always apologize when it's not even his fault. Why did the author make Naoto apologize way more than Taichi? I don't remember much about the rape scene before but rereading it again. Omg Taichi is so fcking toxic. Not only he raped but he hit Naoto. Maybe because I already ready the spoiler, but the whole time I read this, I can't bring myself to like Damien. The fact Chloe just brushed off the way Damien humiliated her at first were forgotten. Nothing had been clarify about the fake mistress. Never properly apologize. The fact Chloe forgave him so easily after meeting again pissed me so bad. Sure it was cool the plan and all but I don't feel the gut wrenching from Damien longing for her. I skip to the end after they sleep together after the reunion. Chloe doesn't push him enough. Sure they said it been a year but I don't feel that as reader. Feel like it too easy for Damien to swoop in Chloe again after. She easily give in. Feel like everything goes like Damien plan. Man, I just need a story where the ML grovel hards. Not this. The art are so damn pretty tho. Damien is hot but that's all I guess.

I like it but kinda irked me that he cut off the brother in the modern time. And all the other characters are not relevant. It's totally their own world. The got married without the family. Where's the parent? Or at least the sister? I don't hate the brother in the old timeline either. At least he's not a rapist jerk. But, the modern time is just so bad. He's already lonely, and now his own brother cut him off again. And kinda hate that they translated it to' Sir' instead of 'My Lord's. It sound better that way in my mind.
