It hurts for around a week (or a bit more in my case) and it'll be sore for a couple days after every adjustment. When it's sore just stick to soft or easy to eat foods. Its better if you don't even need to chew. Mac and cheese, soup, pasta, mashed potatoes, ice cream, anything you can just swallow whole is going to be good. After the pain lessens ......   reply

Im the same way! 2. You would go inside, hand the cashier..let's say $20, say "Can I get $20 on (whatever number pump your car is at)" and done. 4. All you need is a licensed adult. Friends, cousins, uncles, aunts, if you get along with your neighbor and they drive ask them if they can help. Driving instructors are also an option but costs money......   2 reply

Be careful with whitening products because they can make skin discoloration a whole lot worse in some cases!!! I saw some good reviews about Alpha Arbutin so maybe try that? My skin freaked out on it but maybe it'll work for you. My dry/acne prone skin really likes just plain aloe. Holy grail fr. It smooths and hydrates my skin so well and even sh......   reply

Do you sleep on that side of your face? When you call someone does your phone touch that side? Breaking out on the chin is usually because of hormones. Idk about the garlic thing but exfoliating can help with that a lot, I think there's a brand called Peach slices that has a good toner for cheap?   2 reply

Makeup can definitely make the texture on your face more noticeable so I'm really careful with the products I'm using like foundation I like sticking to a more dewy or light/medium coverage because matte and full coverage foundations tend to show all that at least in my experience. Make sure to prioritize skin care tho. I like using Paula's choice ......   reply
