well in the first chapter at the end i thought he was going to make the ml think he raped the mc but that’s not the case. hopefully the ml had given him consent tho otherwise that would make the mc a rapist. theres also another factor, if the ml was still hella drunk then he wasn’t in his right mind and that might count as rape (i’m not fully sure, feel free to correct me if i’m wrong) i’m just hoping there was consent ヽ(´ー`)ﾉ
