yes, gege was asked about some major spoilers abt the plot and one of them asking about sukuna's plan with megumi and gege answered it like "with fushiguro... he *ten seconds of censoring beeping*" and then the interviewer went like "so with him, sukuna is able to create the world he wants?" and gege said yes. though, that doesn't mean he will keep megumi unharmed in the near future imo
