If im correct and were talking about the bl I think we are tbh it kinda makes sense in a way bc it’s the ml that is doing all this to him and basically the cause of his fainting spells and so when he’s not around him he’s not as overworked or wtv and so he doesn’t faint when he’s away from him but when they’re in close proximity and bros being tormented whether it be work related or sexually related he does but seeing as the trajectory of the story is changing rapidly I think it’s just the shock factor for the author atp
