Anyone know about this manga where the mc has a penguin stuffed toy, that stuffed toy will then turned into a man. The female lead has a tsundere personality and I think she has a broom(?) Weapon. I also remember that the antagonist eye shifts similar to a goat or a heart(?). The female lead has long hair and I think she's blonde too, whereas the male lead wears a tuxedo with black hair.
